Student Participants and Adult Chaperones
All attendees will be required to have an ID Badge. These will be formatted so that security can identify who is with the student showcase. This badge allows admittance into the student showcase and adjacent vendor hall ONLY. There will be no exceptions to this. Please work with us to ensure the safety of our students and other attendees at this year's conference. We will have these badges ready for them when you check in.

Know Before You Go
All participants and chaperones will be responsible for getting their name tags from YOU (or your representative) BEFORE entering the Student Showcase area. Please be sure to designate a meeting spot outside of the showcase area as well as the adult that will wait at that spot to distribute name tags. We will be adding maps soon to help you plan and communicate that plan with your team.
Release Forms
Please ensure you have downloaded our NCTIES photo release form HERE (ENGLISH) or HERE (SPANISH) and submit a signed form for each student. Please make sure to have a photo release form for EVERY student. These need to be turned in by February 22, 2025. If you do not receive one by the deadline, indicate that student can NOT be photographed. Students who can not be photographed will have a different colored badge so that it is obvious who can NOT be photographed.
**PLEASE INCLUDE A COVER SHEET WITH THE LIST OF YOUR STUDENTS WHEN YOU SEND IN THE RELEASE FORMS.**
You may submit these files to us by using one of the following methods: (don't forget the cover sheet!)

You may submit these files to us by using one of the following methods: (don't forget the cover sheet!)
- Scanning them to email - if your school's copiers are set up for that. Email them to [email protected].

If you reported that students will be travelling to the Student Showcase on a school bus, details have been emailed to you regarding the location this year. The image included here is in the email with the location.
Space is VERY limited due to construction in downtown Raleigh. This is only for oversized vehicles - all others will need to use public parking.
